This Isuzu lorry wooden body is specially design for carrying long goods with total length up to 25 feet. Recon Isuzu NPR70P (japan used truck) have been selected, due to it feature wider chassis platform.
Isuzu NPR70P specification: Engine: 4,751cc (4HE1) diesel turbo engine, Horsepower: 160hp, Transmission: 6 speed manual, Condition: Recon unregistered (Japan Used Truck).
Original wheelbase for Isuzu NPR70P is 3,815mm (same as new local Isuzu). To mount it with 20 feet wooden cargo, we need to extend the chassis and wheelbase to 4,475mm. All the chassis extension procedure need to be done by professional and government certified workshop. Chassis extension is required because all Isuzu chassis, inclusive of local brand new or recon unit are come with 3,365mm (14 feet) and 3,815mm (17 feet) wheelbase.
20 feet wooden body have been construct and mounted onto the Isuzu NPR70P truck chassis. The body are fully construct with wooden material. It come with 5 drop side wooden door (side & rear body door) with door height of 762mm. There are 5 units slot in side wooden railing for loading higher goods. The floorboard for body is finishing by normal wooden plank.
The most important is the rear drop side door (rear wooden body door) for this truck. We have design it to be extendable, it may extend maximum up to 5 feet. The wooden cargo body is 20 feet in length addition the extendable rear body door 5 feet, so we may get a length of 25 feet in total.
Extendable rear body door is another alternative design for board ‘ AWAS MUATAN PANJANG’. Board ‘AWAS MUATAN PANJANG’ or extendable rear body door are not legally approved by the Road Transport Minister (JPJ). This design and practice is only compatible for transporting long goods within short distance.
